Skin Decor in Fresno ruined the tattoo on my arm... I really mean ruined it! I have to live with this mistake for the rest of my life the owner attempted to fix it but only made it worse. I would never recommend anyone go there for any reason. Not only did it look terrible but it scarred (raised the skin in that area forever) because when I can back the next day the owner attempted to fix it... that’s right he re-tattooed over the same area the next day. Now I know better but they really took advantage of me.
