The staff is nice but still very professional. They are a little on the pricey side but honestly when I went to cheaper places I didn't get as much information on how to care for my tattoos or piercings and wasn't as comfortable. So it's worth it.

Clean place the guy was nice price can be a little high but not too bad. Bring cash atm machine is not reliable

My small tattoo chipped off a little and they didnt tighten the ball on my septum piercing enough so the ball fell out.
