Recently got a tattoo done by Charles, super great guy had the best technology available to shape the tattoo exactly how I wanted it. He was very welcoming and made the experience more comfortable for such a long process. He also had so much patience with me since I am not the most tech smart person. Drop in was refreshing (air conditioned) and clean. Jim is okay and nice to see native (pomo) expanding into the community (town) and being a part of the social scene. His whole staff are a pleasure.

He says open by appointments only on his answering machine but i been calling for 4 months straight he never pick up the phone or return my calls ! like he is out of buissness or something, but people keep referring this guy to me on the street .😡🤬

Very nice little place. The gentlemen tried so hard to help me out with my dilemma. Unfortunately it didnt work out however, he offered me an alternate option and I may just take him up on it. I have loved prestige for a long time. Good stuff!

Made an Appointment, but when I get down there, some other Artist tells me that my appointment was on another day, after having called atleast 3 hours prior to going down there for confirmation.
The whole thing I found just unprofessional, Im going to find someone else to do the tattoo now, which is pretty disappointing considering Ive had work done here before and recommended this shop to others, who also had work done there. Oh Well. Thats the Nature of getting tattooed in Lake County, I guess.
