This place is awesome. Great staff, welcoming vibe. Came in wanting to get 3 small pieces. Talon helped me out and Joey did the work -- he did an amazing job and super happy with the art. Definitely going back to more work done.

I was looking for a traditional-style shop in the LA area, and thankfully, I found High Seas. After browsing the shop instagram, I really liked Daniel's artistic style. I brought in a few reference pictures of tattoos that I liked, and had Daniel come up with a design. I absolutely LOVED the design, and got the tattoo. I love the tattoo, and I couldn't be happier with it.
The shop is clean and professional, tons of great flash on the walls, and everyone was really friendly. I was incredibly pleased with my experience, and I will be going back to get more work done.

If you are looking for one of the best fine line tattoo artists in Los Angeles I'd definitely recommend Joey Hill! He does amazing work with a single needle and I couldn't be more satisfied than to have him as my main artist from now on. Thanks bro :)

Maybe they have a great tattoo skill and art. Maybe the owner and artist here are awesome but people (some of) who work here or come here smoking pot everyday in the parking lot. I know pot is legal but you can't smoke in the public space. It smells like pot every time I pass by.
