My husband and I love this shop. It is a very clean space. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. We have had a total of six tattoos done here and have had great experiences. Jim has been a great tattoo artist. He is patient and works with you in planning the tattoo. He is upfront (and very nice) and tells you if something will work or not. Jim keeps everything sanitary. He is very detailed with his work and gives you the best work possible. Will definitely be coming back for more.

I have been to Rabble Rouser a total of four times now; two times with my daughter and twice for myself. The shop is easy to find and street parking always seems to be available. There’s a waiting area with several chairs and a bench and lots of photos to look at while your waiting. I’ve only gone to Luis House...he’s really great; really listens to what you want and will be honest if he thinks your design won’t work. He recently fixed a tattoo that another artist in another shop did of two small birds that were flying in the wrong direction. My mistake. I didn’t catch it and approved the design. Problem was it was supposed to match my daughter’s. When I removed the bandage the following day, I was deeply disappointed ... it was my first tattoo and it was less than perfect 😫. I asked Luis’ opinion about fixing it when I went with my daughter to get another tattoo from him. Thankfully, he said he could fix it, but I would need to wait until the tattoo was completely healed. Luis described to me how “completely healed” would look. I was so sorry that I didn’t have Luis do the original.

I was a walk in and they accommodated me very quickly! I had West as my tattoo artist and he did amazing and was very patient and kind.This was my first tattoo and I love it. Place was very clean too!

By far one of the best LA tattoo shops. Clean, stylish and unpretentious. After spending many hours & days there, I couldn't recommend more highly. Alayna needs no review- she is absolutely incredible. My first piece I explained from small idea I had- she took that and created everything I was trying to convey and art beyond what I imagined. Over a year and 2 additional pieces later, I am so impressed by her, her work and the incredible space she and her husband have created.

This studio is cool. Lots of stuff to see and extremely clean. I was tatted by alayna and her artwork is simply amazing. Everyone who sees it loves it. It was such a great experience that I booked another piece with her. Her pricing is better than anyone else I’ve seen for her quality of work. I highly recommend her. Another plus is you work directly with her abs not a booking agent. You know exactly what to expect when you get there... a crazy piece of art!

I am not one to "review" every place I visit or patronize, however, given the personal nature of a tattoo, I wanted to comment. My first tattoo and I new what I wanted. I am from Pittsburgh and went here on a recommendation from a restaurant manager. Met Jim and he was awesome. I didn't know what to expect. He took the time on a Saturday night to look at examples. He took a few examples and made his own creation. It was perfect and exactly what I was thinking. As far as talent, honestly superb. Had no idea about color and he added this and then that and it really was amazing to see. Very friendly and made it relaxing and fun. So, if you are thinking about a tattoo, I would definitely use Jim at this establishment.

This place is awesome! I had a custom tattoo done by Alayna, she was great throughout the process. I still have the bandage on from the second session but the first go round healed perfectly and I’m expecting the same again. The shop is nice and clean, everyone there is very chill. I’m super stoked on how my tattoo turned out. Anyone looking for a quality tattoo should check out Rabble Rouser.

It was my first tattoo ever and Kenny was so kind and really helped me feel safe and calm! He paid very close attention to the details and did fantastic work! 10/10 absolutely would recommend him again!
