Owner or someone who works there was extremely rude, he drove away people who appreciate his graffiti on the wall (not even on their side of the wall) from taking pictures, claimed that it's his private property. He called us rude and shouted "should've asked!" when there's no sign or barrier that indicates permission needed for taking pictures or entering the area.

Had a walk in piercing that Bob did. He was mellow and kept a calm and friendly environment. He wasn't stressed and that kept me feeling great throughout the whole process. Definitely would recommend.

Called 2 times asking about a piercing and a very rude man answered and would not help me. Never answered my question when asking about their policies and just hung up the phone. Very bad customer service. Would give 0 stars

Just went to these guys venue I’ve been doing the show for about 10 years this time we got a call stating that if we paid extra we could get even better booth that we normally do it ended up being a complete lie they told me everything I wanted to hear when I was there but as soon as the show is over they quit talking to me altogether after they told me they would give me a refund and or at least take care of it.
