Called and left a voicemail and also went to their website to request a booking and it's been almost two weeks and no return call to try and set up an appointment. I went to a more reputable shop who actually answered the phone when you call and was able to set up an appointment with them
Edit: despite what the owner says, I called them before the quarantine and lockdown. They never returned my call or website request to this day.
The fact that they took nearly two months to respond to this with the qurantine excuse says a lot about them as a buisness

This is my second time visiting Squiggles. Today she pierced my cartilage and she has previously pierced my 5yr old's ears. She really is the best and walks you through every step. She checked with me multiple times to make sure I was ok and answered all of my questions. We made plans for a 2nd piercing when this one heals a bit and I'll be back next week with my 8yo who feels brave enough to get her ears pierced. Going to the same person really helps calm the nerves and I trust Squiggles completely with myself and my girls!

Cody was 45 minutes late too our appointment and then even though we were quoted one price he doubled it after finishing the tattoos and the work is sub par. Go to another shop if you want a professional quality artist

She also pulled up the computer and grabbed references so we could try to pull together some ideas. Got an immediate quote and appointment! Tomorrow is the big day and i have full confidence that casey is gunna give me a piece that i can treasure forever!
