I’ve only had work done by Nat and Freshh and each time, they bring my idea to life. Appointments required, affordable and great service. Street parking only, which is a bummer, but I usually find parking in front or on the side street. Front entrance isn’t too inviting, but don’t let that deter you from entering. Inside is quite spacious and clean.

Got a tour of this rather large (at least in terms of the building) operation as a prospective member of the team. I cannot speak on the service they provide because i did not recieve any work. What i can say is that the staff is friendly and respectful, and by all appearances keep a clean and sanitary workspace. The front of the establishment is not terribly inviting but dont let that discourage you everyone inside will welcome you with a smile

Whoever the female is that did my nieces tattoo last week was rude, unprofessional, and started threatening violence when my niece simply asked would it cost to get her tattoo corrected... With all the text messages and other things my niece is a minor and this was a HORRIBLE experience that we now have to deal with. If we could leave -5 stars for the experience we would.

I know somebody who's short and Fonky! Ha.. Isn't Too Short from Oakland? ANYWAYS, I love Fonk he is such a cool and meticulous artist. I remember when this place had it's grand opening celebration. I hung out with the owner and talk with all the artist. Everybody was real cool and good nature people. Initially I was considering another artist but a year later I went in and actual had some work done. I had 5 drop in's consulting with Fonk if not more. SMDH. A tattoo artist (who I should put on blast) but I can't even remember the name of the place) scarred and damaged my skin. The tattoo was so poorly done it kept me debating, analyzing, and philosophizing on what I was going to do. I met Fonk and he has been in my corner the whole way. (He is low key my therapist in my head.) He answered all my questions, and was receptive to the 5,000 texts I sent him. Smh. I swear this process took another 8 months but Fonk has a memory like a elephant and no matter how much time had passed he remembered me. Maybe, because I am a little unforgettable especially if you bug the hell out of somebody for a year. jeez.. (IJS). This review is well over due but I decided to get a temporary cover up and some writing. Anyways, Fonk is very knowledgeable about the ink he uses for all skin types. He is OCD about his space/materials being sanitary. Yea, he don't play that. My recovery and healing process has been miraculous. We always listen to music and shot the sh!t. The shop itself has a dark entrance but the artist space is big and airy. I recently text Fonk about the healing process of another tattoo I got done some where else. He texted me back and said use your Aquafora 3-4 times a day "you should be fine". He's worth more than his prices and I wont ever lose contact with this guy. He is one of a kind and as genuine as they can come. Ink N Thngz is alright by me. The place is in East Oakland so park with caution. I haven't had no issues though.

LS is amazing and super talented told him what I wanted and he went above and beyond. Great prices and the staff are super accommodating amd friendly!

Good conversation but my tattoo is of my baby son....he looks like a gremlin baby....and now i have hepititus c.....2 stars would do 3 if they would give me a discount on next one

Gotta make an appointment but fonk is very good at what he does and always gives you what you want
