We are currently operating mostly by APPOINTMENT!! which means no physical walk-ins and the possibility of same day "phone in" appointments are based solely on the artists having free time. I got an appointment to get my conch pierced. Went in and the piercer decided to pierce my conch with a hoop. I had read things before that had said that conches don’t heal correctly when a hoop is placed after piercing, but when I brought this up to my piecer, he assured me that it was perfectly fine. Fast forward about two months, the ball on my hoop fell out in my sleep and was lost. I decided to go to a different shop because I was not in town at the time, and the piercer that this shop told me that my conch piercing was in bad shape. He said that because my conch was pierced with a hoop, it was healing all wonky, and that the hoop size was much to small and was pinching my ear causing extra inflammation. My conch piercing HAD been feeling really inflamed and painful, although not infected, so I decided to trust this piercers recommendation to remove my piercing, let it heal, and get it re-pierced in a few months. I am quite irritated that this happened and should really have gone with my gut about the hoop not being best. I am not naive to the fact that piercings don't always work out, but this seemed like an error that could have been avoided if different jewelry was used. The piercing experience wasn't unpleasant, it was just after that i realized the whole thing was not done well at all.

He's an extremely talented and versatile artist who can step up to the plate and hit a homerun on every piece he does. I'm already looking forward to getting my next piece!

THEY ARE REALLY NICE AND FAST I JUST GOT MY NOSE PIERCED LAST WEEK AND MY PIERCING CAME OUT TODAY AND I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME I CAN COME IN AND THEY PUT IT BACK IN AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING IT WAS ALSO REALLY LLY FAST I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IM VERY SATISFIED WITH HOW IT LOOKS I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK TO THEM!

My first couple of tattoos, I got at different shops in the area. That was before I knew Diablo Ink even existed. Now I refuse to go anywhere but here. Not only does the shop look awesome (sticking to the Diablo theme), it's clean and everyone there is incredibly friendly and helpful. I've gotten three tattoos done by Craig, and he is generally who I refer anyone who ever asks me about my ink to. My piercings were done by Miss Jessie, and my newest bit of art was also done by her. My biggest problem with this place now....is trying to decide who I want to do my tattoos. Everyone is just so great. There may be other shops around town, but none of them compare to Diablo Ink!
