Left out to dry no show deposit taken and no remorse waited for an hour for Vanessa to show called left messages nothing till next day and I was the flake when she didn't show karma!

I spoke with Shar on the phone and she was very polite and respectful, and most importantly professional. I was inquiring on some 1 1/4 inch stones, she referred me to a website, due to the fact they had there shop stolen from and her stock is limited for a time. But she said they'd have more coming in soon. I'm not a reveiw kind of guy, but she impressed me with her professionalism and I felt I should. Thx again for the POLITE service :)

I paid $150 for something that took 10 minutes. And it doesn't look that good I am actually going to another place to have it fixed. I would give them one star but they were nice in there and the one who did my tattoo was very kind but the price was ridiculous for what I got.
