This is the coolest smoke shop I have ever been to in my life. All the staff was sooo friendly and Bruce, who I’m assuming is the owner /manager gave me a deal on such an amazing piece and made my visit up to Redding so much more fun. Will definitely be coming back soon.

This place is by far the best smoke shop around. Prices are great, selection is far above others for disposable vapes, and the board selection is not too bad either. Highly recommend, employees are extremely nice

I live pretty much next door to the darkside smoke shop, so I go there a fair amount. Everytime I leave I always feel that their customer service is horrible. If you have questions about the products her response is that she dosnt know about the products and you should know what you are buying. ( how
can I know if I can't get some simple questions answered). who says that to a customer?. Anyways, that was a few months ago. Knowing that, I try not to ask big questions. But every once and a while I do have a simple question about a flavor of one of the vapes or if they're getting more inn. Just whatever it is, they make you feel stupid or are just Annoyed by my question. They're never Friendly. I'm done going there, rather drive a bit further and go to a shop that actually helps me and is Friendly

This place was amazing!!!!!!! I don’t ever write reviews but I felt like I had to write this one. Such a great experience! They had great customer service, super helpful in every way. I just started learning how to longboard. I only knew the basic of what I was looking for. They showed me exactly what I was looking for and kept it within my budget which is huge for me. When people push me to buy more and spend more than I was planning when I don’t need to, that’s what turns me away from business. They didn’t do that and I’m super impressed, they told me everything I needed to know and let me try a couple out and compare it to what I already had. And within 10-15 mins I found the perfect board for me. It was worth every $!! When I went to pay, they showed me how to use the tool that came with with board and they said it was too loose, they tightened it for me so it was ready to go when I walked out the door. I will definitely be going back if I ever want to upgrade my board again. Highly recommend them!!! The pictures are of my new board. I love it!!!
