Fetch! Body Piercing

Everything was great from start to finish. The person helping me on the phone was very polite and accommodating, the wait time before my appointment was incredibly short, and the artist who did the piercing was extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the shop itself was very welcoming and cozy. The decor is amazing and it didn't smell like a hospital in there which I appreciate but everything was extremely clean and well kept which I appreciate even more! I honestly could not recommend this place enough! I will definitely be going back for any future piercing needs!

I’ll start by saying this piercing shop is very nice and clean and their jewelry is very beautiful. However it’s fairly overpriced. That’s not my issue though, I’m willing to pay for a good piercing and a beautiful piece of jewelry. I actually paid about $800 for the two pieces of jewelry and the piercing if anyone was wondering what I meant by overpriced. My problem is that when I got the piercings done (a double cartilage piercing), the piercer seem to be well educated on aftercare for piercings, however, he told me that he didn’t think any of the long used cleaning and maintenance for new piercings was smart, and advised me against doing the salt water soaks, or doing anything to the piercing at all. His advice was to just “shower regularly and let the water and shampoo run over my piercing” and that it would be fine. He also told me that he was comfortable putting in shorter bars, because “it was close to winter, soon it would be cold and swelling mostly happens in warm weather.” I thought it was kind of bizarre, but I’m not a professional, so I figured maybe he knew what he was talking about. Soon my piercing swelled up and the bars were a little bit uncomfortable, I wouldn’t say that they swelled to the point where I absolutely needed them taken out, but I do think that the bar should’ve been a little bit longer to be comfortable and to stay clean, I went against his advice and decided to do the salt water cleaning, as I’ve been advised for every other piercing I’ve ever gotten, because it didn’t seem to be just healing on its own with just taking showers normally, as he advised. It actually seemed to get more red and irritated the longer I went without cleaning it. The reason I say that he seemed to be knowledgeable on the cleaning and aftercare is that he said he knows that “older piercers seem to think that salt water is a good idea, but it’s like putting salt on an open wound.” I’m not sure why he’s decided that he knows better than piercers who have been in the industry for decades, but I don’t think he does know better and I think it’s kind of harmful for him to spread that kind of misinformation. Maybe some people are OK not cleaning their piercings or doing anything to them and their body just heals perfectly, but I don’t think that that is the norm for most people. Overall I wouldn’t recommend.

I got my Medusa piercing there yesterday and the staff is the SWEETEST. The person piercing me knew I was panicking a little without me even saying anything and asked if I needed a minute, then proceeded to talk to me about random stuff until I was ready and I haven’t had that experience with a piercer before and it melted my heart. Everything they said was so down to earth and kind, I absolutely adore them. And my piercing turned out perfect, it couldn’t have been better! But the people were what made the experience easy and so wonderful.

I got my nostril and septum pierced at Fetch. Luna did my septum and she was great. She took her time and was able to center my septum piercing on my crooked septum. Pure magic. (Not saying that all piercings can be centered on a crooked septum.) Fetch is clean and the staff really cares about their clients. They take pride in safe and sterile piercing. I highly recommend them for all your body art.

I took my kiddos (11 & 6) here to get their ears pierced. Everyone was so sweet and made both girls feel safe and comfortable. We're a month out and their ears are healing perfectly and they absolutely love the jewelry. Thank you Fetch friends!! 😘

Got a tattoo by Dani and I love it. I had my 9-year-old daughter with me and they were all so sweet and accommodating to her. They offered her games and water. The owner was even kind enough to send her home with a crystal.

They were very clean and professional. I got an industrial done and its healing so well. The piercer was awesome! Highly recommended Fetch they are great!

Fetch is wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Luna and Kerry are my favorite because they are so gentle when piercing. I love this place and I'll never go anywhere else.

i am terrified of needles but Luna made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the whole process! Luna was incredibly fast and efficient. although i will never get another piercing again i 10/10 recommend coming here!!

Angel is the best!! Love my nose piercing. She knew exactly what was best and she was correct! Great staff and very nice facility.
