Joker is amazing. Came a few months ago and got a pretty large cover up done and you can’t even see the old tat. Love his work and his prices are fair — some shops gouge customers.

This is the only tattoo shop I go to. If you want quality work then go see Joker. You already know a cheap tattoo is never good and a good tattoo is never cheap, so don't cheat yourself go to Ballerz Ink!!

I wish I could give them negative 1 star this is the worst place of business in Sacramento I never felt so disrespected and utilized they are inconsiderate with your time and their customer service skills are absolutely horrendous they made me wait for 3hrs and never showed up beware of janky places it looks like a shed Joker must not work their anymore or something and if he does dang that's just crazy I would not recommend this place.

A really nice lady named Erica pierced my nose and informed me on everything that I needed to know! The nose piercing was quick, hurt only for a second, and was pretty affordable compared to other places. I loved my visit here.

I have came into this shop for 3 tattoos, when I got my first one done by Pablo, this became my new spot! The costumer service is so friendly and everyone in the shop is easy to talk to especially if you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend coming here!

Love love love this place. My boyfriend got a new tattoo plus a cover up and I got a new tattoo plus a touch up as well as a new piercing all in two days. The lady who did our tattoos and piercing was amazing and the other workers were all hilarious and it was a very easy going time. Would 100% recommend going here and will come back for more! 💕

Jennie was very nice and professional. Pablo did my tattoo and was great he was patient took his time helping me get set up service was great. I have plans on other tattoos I want to get and I will be getting them here. Highly recommended

DO NOT GO HERE. Their tattoo quality is TERRIBLE and they aren’t following Covid guidelines so I can’t imagine that they follow basic tattoo safety guidelines. I was charged $120 for a tiny heart tattoo and a tattoo of ONE small letter. It looks like a child did it the lines are TERRIBLE.
