To be fair - i'll start this off by saying I did not get a tattoo with Royal Peacock. Therefore this review is not a rating of their skills as an artist, but of their horrible customer service skills. I didn't get a tattoo because I was made to feel so uncomfortable and treated so rudely by the artist Jessie, for asking for a text tattoo...a tattoo I was getting to celebrate the anniversary of an accident that almost killed me, nonetheless. Jessie was rude, angry, unhelpful, pushy and treated me as though I was the biggest inconvenience he had ever experienced. I am a very kind and easy going person, and know that this behavior was completely unwarranted. I was SO disappointed by this experience, and so shocked that people still think it's okay to act this way, especially if they are in the field of customer service! I hope it was just a bad day on his part, but something tells me this is just his norm. Too bad Royal Peacock, I really had high hopes.

My tattoo artist did not entirely fulfill my request, but he did give me a badass looking tattoo. The tattoo artist should learn to make the customer first and not argue with the orders from a customer.

rude, short tempered. told me to hurry up cause he had other people coming . i told him I'd set an appointment and come later for better attention, he said no just hurry up.... tattoos are permanent. ill never be back .
