Awesome shop!! Best customer service!! I came in with my friend and got my navel pierced by Nicolas. He was super professional, friendly and an excellent piercer. I was very happy with his work. He was fast and the piercing was even. The next day, however, the top ball of the jewel fell off. When I went back into the shop they took care of it right away. Nick re-pierced it and gave me another top piece to the jewel. I will definitely be coming back!! I’m even thinking of getting my tattoo done here :). Also, the owner Mike is really awesome !

Every Tattoo Artist in the shop is incredible and a character. From the music, byod/byos etc! Price: very competitive: very well priced! I have had all my tats at Chronic. The owner Mike is a great guy with a Badass chopper. I live in the SF bay area and visit SD once or twice a year. Over the past few years I have had four tats done at Chronic. Pirate Paul is the man you to want to do your work. He is an exceptional artist. He is meticulous. He is very proud of his work. He has many years of experience and it shows. I had a pretty bad tat done on my arm there by someone other than Paul. Paul wasn't available that week and I tried someone else. Not a good move. So when I was in town this week I had a consultation with Paul and he took some time to think about what he could do to repair the mess. You would not believe how it came out! Paul, you are amazing! You are my tattoo artist period. Thanks for a great job.

This place is awesome I'm from the east coast and I was vacationing in Cali for the week and decided to get some work done I went to Chris and he is truly talented and very knowledgeable! I got a huge piece done on my rib cage and it came out FLAWLESS!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting a tat! The staff are extremely friendly! You feel nothing but good vibes when your there and the prices are more than fair!

I just called to enquire about piercing. The guy who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. He was short, lacked information, and literally hung up without even saying bye. I was referred by a friend who recommended Mija. She was not available. But after this encounter with a guy, who has perhaps never spoke to another human before- I WILL NOT be subjecting myself to an in person encounter with such an obtrusive individual! Common decency- not so common!!

I got my Ears Pierced and my Ribs tattooed here. the staff is all super nice and knowledgeable. The prices are very fair and the quality of work is unmatchable. i am gunna go back for my next tattoo and recommend you do as well.
