True Fit Tattoo Studio

I received my wonderful tattoo last Friday and Blaze did an amazing job for me!! He helped draw it up and put his own twist on my design! The entire tattoo atmosphere was enjoyable, everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to! You felt right at home as soon as you walk in. For any tattoo needs, they really want to make your tattoo one of a kind, so you're sure to fall in love with it! Thank you again!

Everyone is very professional and kind. Welcoming to all folks and the work is quality. Tomas has been doing my tattoos for years and I love all my work that he has given me. Highly recommend this shop!

I’ve been to see Vanna at Tru Fit Tattoo a number of times now and each visit has been a joy. The shop is really cool as is all the staff you’ll meet there, even if they aren’t working specifically with you. I’ve had work done at a half dozen shops in California and Tru Fit runs as smoothly as any. Best part is the group of talented artists that are gathered there, you can’t go wrong with any style or idea you might have. Looking forward to my next visit soon! JP

I found True Fit on google and decided to drop in. I was greeted by Kyle who was very friendly and almost immediately set up with an artist (Dennis) for a consultation. I had mentioned my Time frame for a tattoo and was booked two days later for a pretty big piece. All the artists here are really down to earth and make you feel comfortable. I still have at least one more session to finish my leg but I will be returning for future tattoos.

So in love with my piece from Johnny Rose. He was great. Kind, in tune to his client, and very friendly. My last tattoo artist had such a bad attitude that I never returned to him even for a touch up. Johnny is the complete opposite. He is passionate about what he does, very hospitable, and just a generally all around great guy to work with. The rest of the people in the salon were great too. They'd drop in and say hi and chat with me and check out the progress of my tattoo and give feedback. Johnny has since texted me to ask about healing and set up a touch up appointment, which my previous artist never did. True Fit cares about their people. All around, this shop is my new favorite. The staff is all kind, the shop is clean and a great atmosphere. Highly reccomend this place!

The best of the best!! I got two pieces of work done by Blaze and what a fantastic experience. The vibe at the shop was awesome, and the fellow tattoo artists and lovely Sarah at the desk were beyond great - really dope conversation too. Extremely wholesome energy overall - HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

If you are looking for a clean, friendly, and unique shop True Fit is the place. I called on a Sunday afternoon and then went straight in. We discussed what I was looking to get. He drew it up and we sat down and got started. Vanna was my artist, he did an amazing job and he is super laid back. We talked most of my session. when I come back into San Diego I’ll be stopping at True Fit for another sick piece of artwork. I appreciate it.

I just had my first tattoo done here with my two friends and I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. We were treated as family the moment we walked through the door. Vanna was incredibly patient with us and our hesitation in the design, as well as open and encouraging to modifications. He helped us hone in on a tattoo all three of us couldn’t be happier with.

During the tattoo I almost passed out, and all the artists stopped their work to take care of me. Cold towel on my forehead, fresh water, and they even went to the store to buy me a snickers to insure my blood sugar was high enough. They were all incredibly understanding and encouraging, and made me feel so welcomed and accepted even though I had embarrassed myself by almost passing out on my first time.

This is by far a five star establishment and I am going to be coming back for my next piece for sure.

Got a piece done by Johnny rose and he was great. He made some awesome suggestions on the placement and the design of the tattoo and I'm glad I listened to him because it turned out really good and after I got this piece done I put down a deposit for mr. Rose to do a quarter sleeve in the next two weeks the shop itself is a little small but it's very cool and very clean shop and they make you feel very comfortable and at home
