I was referred to Dream Masters by a friend and had my tattoo done by Svetlyo. He made the design process easy and enjoyable and the final product exceeded all my expectations. The project was completed after several sessions and each time I was made to feel comfortable in both design and application.
Overall, the experience at the shop is easy going and comfortable. The attention to cleanliness is extremely high and the employees and owner always make guests and clients feel welcome. Dream Masters is a great place that will make a point to see you have a great experience.

Renette made my first tattoo experience so memorable! I was very nervous but she made me feel really comfortable and at ease the entire time. She was very understanding and helpful when it came to my family and I. Everyone who was working was very welcoming. Definitely coming back for more ink soon!

This was a great experience for me. Renette was attentive and engaged. She gave advice on the design of the tattoo and it did feel collaborative. She was receptive to how the final piece was going to look and suggested placement options that made sense. She was talkative and engaged enough (had good conversation while talking and no awkwardness when silent). She was very professional and friendly.I would recommend her for excellent black and grey work.

Svetlyo was very helpful, courteous and attentive to what I was looking for and I very much felt like I was included in every step of the process.

I was on a short trip to San Fran and walked in to Dream Masters not knowing if anyone was available to work with me. Kayla had time later that day and did an excellent job with the design I had in mind. She is a true pro and super cool to talk to and work with. I just returned for a touch up and once again had a great time working with her. We ended the session talking about my next one when I am back in town later this year.
I was in the shop for a few hours and everyone working there was great. I highly recommend Dream Masters.

I came in just as a walk in and had to wait for a couple hours for the next available time and had Kayla create my tattoo I wanted and I cannot be happier with my experience with her and the results! She is super talented with her work and super sweet and funny and had a lot in common with her that I didn’t expect. The time went by fast talking with her and she helped me feel comfortable the whole time. This is my fourth tattoo and has got to be my favorite one so far! I would love to come back one day for more.

This place is the go to place in the bay area to get a tattoo. Staff is awesome. I go to Svetlyo. (About 15 sessions done). He is the kindest, most accommodating person to deal with when it comes to your wants and recommending the best tattoo design changes to make sure you have the best possible looking tattoo for your idea. He really is a master. I would live at this place if I could. Give them a call.

Renette is by far the best tattoo artist in San Francisco. This is the second time I have come to see her and I live in Denver. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have detailed work done. My second visit was a cover up and I couldn’t be more pleased. I will definitely be back to see her for more work.
