Everlasting Tattoo

I love this place and the atmosphere. Someone else mentioned the music and I agree. It's like getting a tattoo in a Quentin Tarantino film or something. Ha!
Mike Davis is my guy! An amazing expert with a great sense of humor I enjoy. He's done 2 pieces + 1 rework. He gets right down to it, and moves quickly. Worth every penny!

I got a couple of matching tattoos here (first with my husband and then with my best friends) and both times the experience was really great. Mike and Sadie were really cool and made us feel at ease throughout the process. Absolutely recommended!
P.S. it was a first time experience for all of us.

I came to California with family for a visit to the city, then a trip down Napa, Monterey, Big Sur then back to San Francisco. We wanted to get a tattoo and already knew what we wanted. So we did lots of research and called everlasting tattoo and got on the phone with Joe. He was very accommodating. I was even able to send him an email with what my mother and I wanted tattooed. Boy was I glad I chose this place. My tattoo was done by Joe Kelly and he did a phenomenal job. I really appreciated the time he took and his attention to detail. He did a portrait of my beautiful little dog who passed away in November of last year. My mom got a cherry blossom tattoo on a scar on her arm done by Owen. She loved it. Amazing how well it camouflaged the scar. We had a lovely time and it was a great bonding experience. The shop is lovely quaint and a friendly atmosphere. Love the crown molding too. So happy we came here and wish we could take Joe to Miami with us. I might have to come back and visit again next time.

Owen miller did an amazing job on my mujlnir. He made it as painless as a tattoo can be. Dropped in with no appointment and he made it work. I would call in advance in the future. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He has many years of experience and I will be going back to get more work done. Its not the only tattoo place here in san francisco but in my opinion its one of if not the best in the city. The atmosphere is great and as long as your not rude or mean i imagine you and your artist will get along just fine. Owen is a legend and i am truly thankful

Super sweet and friendly artist. Owen and Sadie did great with our Metallica S&M 2 tattoos. The shop is nice and clean. Prices very reasonable. Will go there again when I go back to San Francisco from Denmark in the future.

Disappointed. My mom and I wanted to get tattoos while we were in California. The shop was recommended to us by people back home. Sounded friendly over the phone. Once there, they did not seem that friendly. We waited for a bit, and my mom was tattooed first. Hers turned out pretty good! I was excited to get mine. I showed the artist a few references and made it clear what I wanted. It's as if he didn't listen at all. Does not look even relatively close to what I wanted. Nor does it look all that good in my opinion. When it was time to pay the "minimum shop charge" was exorbitant. I have several other tattoos, I get that we are in San Fransisco but for the tattoo done, especially considering it's not even what I wanted, I found the "minimum" to be outrageous. I'm going to have to get my usual tattooer to fix this... wouldn't go back. OH! And additionally just looked at my bank statement and saw they charged us twice. So $400 for two tattoos less than 2 sq in. They told us $100 a piece for a total of $200 (still ridiculous). Will be calling tomorrow to complain!

Not only is the owner Mike an incredible artist, but he takes amazing care of his customers. A few days after getting a tattoo on my ankle I was worried it was hurting too much and contacted him. He called me right back to ask for details and reassured me everything was OK (which it was). A week later he e-mailed me to check how I was doing. Unexpected and really awesome! Thank you!

We wanted to get matching tattoos while we were in San Francisco that we were going to get back at home eventually. Found this gem of a tattoo shop that our favorite tattoo shop back home followed on Instagram, so we thought we would hit them up. We are glad we did. We were able to walk right in, pay an affordable price for our tattoos, and each turned out amazing. Olivia did them, she was professional and fun to chat with. Would definitely recommend.

I ended up at Everlasting after hearing some great feedback from some tattooed friends, it also happened to be very close to my house. I was in need of an artist willing to undertake a coverup of a phoenix I wasn't happy with. After my initial consultation, David (who doesn't some great featherwork) agreed to take on the project. I love the work he's done and am so glad I found this shop. I highly recommend it to anyone. The guys are super professional and a lot of fun. You won't regret stopping by.

I flew in from the east coast and got a tattoo the next day by Luke Francis. Luke was very professional and extremely talented. The tat came out better than I hoped for....5 stars for Luke and his abilities. All of the folks in the shop did seem polite, but it does very much have an air of strictly business and there does seem to be a bit on tension amongst the artists...it was a little weird. Maybe this is a west coast or San Fran thing, but charging by the hour for regular sized tattoos is new to me and I have quite a few tats and at $180.00 an hour I found myself in a bit of a panic watching the clock the whole time. Tattoos on a regular scale should be quoted when you make your appointment so you have an idea how much to bring. Bottom line fanatastic work, weird vibe, damn expensive...but worth it
