Paradise tattoo

I’m in love with my tattoos! This is my second time coming to the shop and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Everyone is so kind, accommodating, and most importantly talented! Justin did my rose and Jeremy did the Luna Moth! I’m so happy with how they came out! Both of these guys were amazing and made my experience a great memory! I already have my next appointment booked and ready to go! Thank you Justin and Jeremy for the beautiful tattoos! Thank you Bridget for booking us and doing all of those behind the scenes things that made my experience the best!! See you all in October!

I came to Paradise Tattoo to receive my first tattoo ever. The moment I stepped in I was greeted by their wonderful & kind receptionist. She has an amazing spirit and is willing to take the time to make appointments for clients and sends out reminders to ensure clients do not miss out on their tattoo opportunities! The inside of the shop is very clean, the music they play is dope and mixed with so many genres to enjoy. I loved the tattoo artists as they were very welcoming and made me feel like a guest in their home. I had the honor of receiving my tattoo from Mr Joseph James and he is very thorough in his process and loves talking to his clients. He’s one of the most humble people I have ever met who has a desire of sharing honest life knowledge and wisdom. He’s not afraid to crack jokes and share his encouraging energy with others. This tattoo shop made me feel very safe, and I would love to come here again.

If you’re looking for a nice first tattoo experience definitely come here! My boyfriend and I called ahead on a Sunday to see if they were accepting walk in (which they were!!) and told us to come in at 1pm (we called right at noon so super quick!). Justin was our artist and did a fantastic job, he was super sweet and quick, line work was fantastic. Anyway love this place and love Justin COME CHECK IT OUT!!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. My friend and I scheduled tattoos with Paradise strictly based on their reviews. We sent ideas of what we wanted to their amazing shop manager (I can’t remember her name) and she hooked us up with Austin. We arrived for our tattoos and he shared some drawings with us based on what we sent it. I loved mine right off the bat. My friend asked for some modifications, which Austin easily did. I went first. I loved the drawing, but the finished product blew me away. He is truly an artist. The shading and light coloring is more than I could have imagined. There isn’t a thing I would change. It is perfect and beautiful. The shop is super clean, easy to find and great parking. I 100% recommend this place. I’m already thinking about my next tattoo 🥰

I told him what I wanted and showed him a few inspiration pictures. He took time to ask questions and make suggestions. The design he came up with was so much better than I’d imagined. I love it.

I was in CA for a family memorial service which allowed my 3 nieces and I to get tattoos together. The original plan was for each one to get their birth flowers and I would get all of ours with a specific symbol for my nephew. My nieces ended up getting 1 flower, a bee and a scorpion. Now what? Joey(cannot say enough great things about him) and I threw different ideas out and I added 3 flowers for my siblings. I went in the day before I left for NY (thank you Joey coming in on your day off) and he had created the perfect culmination of all this Crazy Auntie's ideas.
I left the shop knowing I had 3 very happy nieces sporting their new tats and a happy and very proud Auntie to show off her family!
As one who has to find open skin for a new tat, let me tell you that Paradise Tattoo is tops in my book. Joey and the staff I met were all friendly and courteous. The shop was very clean and I loved all the traditional flash adorning the walls(Joey is a collector).
I will definitely be going back to Paradise Tattoo on my next CA visit!!! Thank you for a great experience and awesome Tattoo!

Paradise tattoo is by far the best tattoo shop I have been to! They were able to get back to me and my friend so fast about an appointment and did the tattoos we exactly wanted. I will definitely be going back for more tattoos. Highly recommend this place! Joey is the best!

I had a really great experience getting tattooed here by Joey. He's done a really great job creating a relaxing environment, I was able to feel completely comfortable during the process. Also, I was not rushed or pressured with any alterations I requested. I love my tattoos and will definitely be back

Came here for my first tattoo, and got it done by Austin. He was super nice and was telling me some basic stuff about getting tattoos done (healing process, pain level, what to look for in a tattoo shop, etc) and just made me feel comfortable all around. I made an appointment through instagram, which was really easy. I love the vibes of this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more!!

This place is right behind one of my fav taco spots in Santa Cruz, can’t go wrong with tacos after some ink.
This tattoo shop is aesthetically pleasing, there’s artwork all over the walls and on the counters, you have so much beautiful artwork to pick from and a lot of different talented artists to pick from as well.
We walked in on a Sunday and put our names on the list, we got through about 5 hours after which is really good considering how busy they were they were still super attentive on making sure the list was smoothly worked on.
The woman that meets you at the front to take your info is super friendly and makes the process quick and easy. We’ll definitely make this our spot for tattoos when we come to Santa Cruz. Thanks for the neat work y’all
