Went here with my sister for a Friday the 13th flash event an hour after opening and had to wait 5 hours for tattoos we couldn't end up getting. The staff couldn't give estimates on wait time and after 5 hours of waiting we assumed we probably had 4 more hours to go. We later found out that people were getting multiple tattoos and with color as well, and that's why the wait was so long. We had both been here previously for a flash event and waited 3 hours, which we understood as we got there around 6 hours after the event had started and we had a great experience with the staff and artists. Overall, we're very disappointed in this experience.

Got a tattoo here from Mollie and it was easily the worst tattoo I've ever had. Not only were the lines blown out, the shading botched, but she was extremely rude and dismissive about the pain; she even told me to "stop being a b****." I would give 0 stars but it won't let me.

Anchor Rose is awesome but especially Janie who did my wrist tattoo. With my disability I was concerned about being able to sit still good enough. She was very patient and understanding, plus answered all my questions. This is my first tattoo and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Haven’t been able to stop smiling and I know this will help my confidence

Billy is amazing! My friend and I were on a mission to get a tattoo last minute while we were in the city(we live in Ukiah) and they fit us in 1.5 hours before closing and paired us up with Billy (walk-in appointment). He was amazing, courteous, and payed close attention to detail with everything we wanted. Will be making an appointment for another tattoo soon! Very professional, clean, friendly business. Not bad pricing at all either.
