I got my navel piercing re-pierced from Jess here and unfortunately had an awful and unprofessional experience. She was not only incredibly rude, but she gave me no post care instructions and let me walk away with a super short bar because that was the one I wanted, instead of sharing her professional opinion and telling me to get a longer bar for healing. It took her over 10 minutes of prying and shoving this short bar through and it was incredibly painful. I was polite even though she was so mean and judgmental through my painful piercing process that she was putting me through. It has been over 13 weeks and still not healed because I had to do my own research and talk to other piercers to take care of the healing. I wish I could give 0 reviews to warn everyone to not get anything pierced by this rude woman again!!!!! For someone that claims to have 10+ years of experience, this is absolutely unacceptable.

My mother and I both got our first tattoos done here by Mike. Great work and all of the staff has great personality and made us feel very welcome and calm, there all very nice. Will be going back for my next tattoo! Love this place!

Jess Rose was great! This was my first facial piercing and she walked through the whole process and kept me informed about what was happening. She was so professional and organized. And a BONUS she and I kept quoting Vines which really put me at ease and made for a great positive feeling for this event!

He's truly a tattooing wizard. Added to his wizard-like tatting skills, he's always open to your ideas, hopes and fears. Incredibly creative, he's happy to take the ideas you come to him with and return with a fully-imagined drawing of what you need (and what you didnβt even know you wanted!)

Summer and everyone at Matchless Tattoo is incredible. My 6 year old granddaughter had her ears pierced there and they were so professional and kind to her. They walked my daughter through every step of the process and the after care and also spoke to my granddaughter at a level she could understand. I highly recommend them for piercings.
