The Vale Tattoo

I got my first tattoo (ever) done by Lily the apprentice. I DM’d her on Instagram with a few reference images and concept of what I was going with for my tattoo, which were two doves. The shop was a little confusing at first to locate but the staircase is right next to Dish n Dash. I got in and was immediately greeted by Lily. She showed me the drawings for my tattoo and it was exactly what I wanted. With it being my first tattoo I was so nervous, but she was so sweet and took the process slow for me so I can get used to the needle. The whole session became way more relaxing than I thought it would be! Even after the appointment she made sure to check on my aftercare since my skin was a little sensitive to the tattoo and how my healing process was in general. I look at my tattoo every day and I’m so in love. I’ll definitely be back in a few weeks to do some final touch ups, but definitely go and see Lily for your tattoo!!

Have done my tattoo by Nia. I really liked the way we did my tattoo and she is really nice. She asked me when If i wanted to take breaks, if it was okay to restart and everything, I liked that she offered and took it in consideration. Since I came as a drop in, so I waited until someone was available to take care of me, until then I spoked a little with 2 of the workers there, really nice!

KC and his staff are accommodating and true professionals. KC was able to give my sisters and I great artistic tattoos. He commemorated our beloved max life, and captured his essence in our tattoos. Thank you, I highly recommend everyone to schedule and get their next tattoos at this fine establishment.

This was my first tattoo. I emailed a week prior to make an appointment and they responded very promptly. I included a picture of the tattoo I wanted in my email and they checked the size with me and had it all printed out when I arrived. Everyone was very nice, and I didn't feel out of place at all.

KC did my tattoo and he made jokes to help me feel at ease while he got the needle and ink prepped. He made sure I felt comfortable on the chair before we started, and he gave me some tips about how it will feel and how to handle it.

Finally, he talked through how to care for it before I left, and the other artists in the shop were hanging out and we chatted before I left.

It was a great experience, and I'll be back for my next tattoo!

I made a 100 deposit with Indiana back in sept to get my leg tattooed, he drew up something completely different from what we originally talked about, it wasn't something I wanted and it was so far off from the original concept. No problem it happens, im patient and understanding. He told me he was drawing a new one. TWO MONTHS go by with nothing, I hit him up and come to find out he never started it, told me he going through some stuff, no problem, life happens, it happens to all of us. I go in to get my leg mapped out, I asked him if we can get started in about a month (due to holidays, I've already waited 2 months, I can wait another) I messaged him twice now and no response. He pretty much stole 100 bux from me. Super unprofessional.

I came in for a cover job on my right forearm. KC has over 2 decades experience and was willing to work on it on his time off to fit my schedule. 4 sessions later I have a new half sleeve that I’m very happy with. Pricing was very reasonable (under $900 with tip included) I don’t know what the other review I read complaining about pricing was all about. People who are new to getting inked don’t seem to realize that you get what you pay for. Highly recommend this shop.

Got my first Tattoo by KC he was awesome, very knowledgable and I felt very at ease. Highly recommend this place.

I had a tattoo done by KC a few years ago. It was a hot effing mess. I am convinced that his book is other people's work. It was supposed to be a portrait of my grandmother, but not only did it NOT look like the picture, one of my friends asked if my grandma had nose cancer for what a terrible rendering it was.
Instead of ruining someone's canvas, maybe just tell people no when you don't wanna do a piece? It's not that hard...

Thank goodness I found someone to fix it...

My first time in to see Cigno. Shop had a bright upbeat vibe with friendly folks. Cigno was amazingly talented, on time, and professional. I love my new artwork!
