I Have been looking for a new artist for awhile and came across Bound By Chaos. Impressed by the reviews I decided to walk in and see the store and artists in person which was icing to the reviews- very friendly, clean, and professional. I Instantly liked and felt comfortable with my artist, Dustin. I had an idea of what I wanted and he pieced it together for me, prior to my appointment, until I was šÆ % happy with it. His work is beautiful and I will, without a doubt, return to Dustin for any future work/pieces. Awesome place & artists!

Do not leave Austin a deposit! Iām sure he does ok work, but due to a change in attitude by this artist, I decided to get work done by a more trustworthy artist. I offered to split the $600 deposit with Austin, which was more than fair because he literally did nothing. Austin refused to return any deposit and kept the entire $600. The owner of this shop (Austin Smith) is a crook!! Beware!!

Heard good things about the shop, and went to the website where they spoke a lot about professionalism. Made an appointment two and a half weeks out Dustin said he would send over a couple ideas for the piece. After asking numerous times he finally sent something over the morning of the appointment that was copied from something found on the internet, and canceled my appointment while I was sitting in the shop.
