Just walked in hoping to talk to someone about a future tattoo. Staff didn't seem to have much interest in a future customer. One staff member came out the back and asked "Are you here for a tattoo?". I said I am shopping l, then he just walked away. Plus it felt depressing being inside.

Crystal from Black Skull is one of the best artists Yuba-Sutter, I'd even go as far to say in NorCal too. She's very friendly, professional and is capable of some amazing work. Her anime portfolio is the best around. She is well versed in tattoo aftercare and is open to any questions a client may have before, during and even after their appointment. It's no wonder she's always booked months ahead of time.
