The sheer disrespect that I got from the worker named Avaya. She basically told me to F off and that I wasn’t welcome back. All I did was step in and look at glass. I didn’t even say anything. Management should really look at who the hire. Cause I’ve never had an experience like that. Completely unprovoked and unacceptable.

I wish I could give zero stars. They sold some of the most stale blunt wraps I have ever bought in my life. The paper was so old they crumbled to pieces when I unrolled them. Then when I tried to exchange them, I handed them to the guy at the register. He told me there was nothing he could do for me. Especially since I threw them at him ( definitely did not) and was yelling at him (definitely was not). Then he literally flipped me off and told me to kick rocks. Great customer service. I will definitely never go back or recommend the place to anybody ever. They deserve negative stars for their customer service.

Staff was friendly and decently helpful. It can be expensive but I think the glass is very high quality so it's worth the price. Highly recommend.

Never coming back!! Waited about 45 mins for someone to even come out to the front, 10 to be seen just for the short white haired girl call me a red skin and tell me I don't have enough for this item (it was $20)

This place is pathetic. They’ll sell you stale wraps and then tell you to kick rocks when you want a replacement. Buy your mass produced glass they get from china at the gas station down the street and save yourself from the sad burnout visuals when you go inside.

Mason, the piercer, is fantastic!! Over the last 2 months he has done NINE piercings on me, 7 cartilage, a lower naval, and my eyebrow. All are healing beautifully! Very professional with proper aftercare instructions and proper jewelry. Not to mention his calm nature and awesome sense of humor! Plus the customer service from the rest of the staff is always on point. Thank you guys! Can’t wait to get more needle pokes!
