Horrible interaction. Very unprofessional. The owner Kelly is a thief and a liar. I had invested $450 into deposits to hold nine appointments for me as I need a lot of work done. I went in, showed him what I wanted, and he said ok and acted a little too good for it, or me. I chalked it up to maybe he had a bad day. So 5 months later, because that’s the wait time, I take work off and ready my mind and body for this work. Go in at noon as I was told and he says he scheduled someone in my place. So I am not happy right away and demand my deposits back, as I don’t even want to use him now because my paid for appointments are not kept. I’m refused any money back and am treated like a lesser person. Go anywhere else this shops work is mediocre, as many of my friends have his work. He only gets away with his shotty work because he has no real competition down here, and so he takes advantage of these people that have no other options. Both other shops in Alamosa are great, and even better is Living Art in Colorado Springs. Do not waste your time going here and getting gouged on price and have to wait a half year for work and not get your appointment. Go to a professional, the more competition the better the artists. You have to keep this piece for life, you can get a better piece, and pay less, and build a better memory anywhere else, especially in the city. A liar and a thief do not trust..
