I came back into the shop a few days after getting my piercing because I was having trouble with it. Javi was great! He was able to get me in, switch out my jewelry give me the appropriate aftercare information and had me on my way. Javi was very professional and helpful. I’ll have to come back and see him for my next piercing.

I got my ears pierced about a week ago. I had to change the jewelry because I’m scheduled for surgery. After connecting with Javi on instagram he was able to answer all of my questions and he saw me a lot faster than I expected, he changed my piercings with very good attention to detail, he explained the mistakes made by my previous artist. All in all I would definitely see him for whatever i do in the future.

I’ve had the best work I have, done by @jm_tattoosdenver !!! Quality work, seriously never disappoints!! I have so many ink dreams I’m planning to get done, and this is the man to do it!! I have been going here for most of my piercings lately because it's cheap and they do a great job! A friend of mine recommended that i come here because of their peircing work. Everyone is very friendly and knows what their doing. I never have to usually wait to get seen either, which is awesome because you can be in and out. I haven't gotten any tattoos here yet but I would 10/10 recommend coming here for a piercing.

I asked for a halo on top of the “H” and received this. Artists were very rude and unprofessional. They Did not want to fix my tattoo and left me like this unsatisfied.

I had a very positive experience here! They were able to see me right away and they presented me with several options to satisfy my needs. I was very nervous and the staff was so friendly and made the tattooing process quick and kept my mind occupied with small talk. I am very happy! I also had them help me with a piercing and was equally satisfied. Highly recommend these lovely people!!!

Met with Steve Smith for a special, simple tattoo. My experience was excellent. Steve was cordial, knowledgeable, and obviously a talented tattoo artist. I was fully satisfied with the experience and his work. Moreover, the conversation that we had during the tattooing process was genuinely refreshing. I definitely recommend this shop and Steve as an artist.

Took my daughter to get a nose piercing. While there, I looked through several books. I liked Steve's style. I asked him to draw something up for a small cover up. I specifically showed him his own book with the style I wanted (realistic black and grey). He traced my existing tattoo and asked for $50 deposit. I waited 3 weeks and never heard anything, so I called the shop. I also text him several times.
He ended up texting me a picture in traditional style. When I mentioned the owl in his book, he said he can't do that style for my cover up...then why did you say 'yes' and take my money?
I instead asked for an entirely new tattoo and design. That was 12/22/2018. I never received a new drawing or anything. Here we are in June 2019 and I am looking for another shop.
If you don't want to do the tattoo, just say no and don't waste my time.

This place has good artists but they lack good service!!!! I had a tattoo cover up done and I even tipped the guy for doing good! He said I can get a retouch for free no problem.... well most of the ink kind of came off even though I took care of it. I try reaching out to the artist, which his name is Steve Smith, but just leaves me on seen and doesn’t reply. This is an unprofessional store and I’m not sure if it’s just that certain artist that sucks but just putting that out there.

I got a piercing and a small tattoo from this shop, and both turned out wonderfully. The piercer was extremely friendly, and the overall experience was relaxing and quick. She took care of me when I bled a lot, and the piercing is healing extremely well. The tattoo came out just as I wanted it, and he was very kind and considerate. This was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tattoo or piercing!
