After 5 years I finally decided to get the mess that was put on my back here. The artist that fixed my tattoo said I had some of the WORST scarring he’d ever seen and every other artist that has seen it has said that he f***ed me up. I saw three different artists over a course of a year at this shop and out of those three tattoos, I’ve had to one redone and another covered - both very simple designs. I don’t recommend this shop for tattoos. Two stars bc the piercer was awesome.

Awesome customer service, tattoo artist and reasonably priced!!! Dirk, the owner, understood my request and instead of killing my spirit that it could not be done (which another tattoo artist did), he reassured me that it could be and asked for a few days to design the right tattoo!! It was better than I expected and he did an excellent job. He was kind, courteous and down to earth. I'm not even a person who does tattoos on the regular. My issue was a cosmetic reason and I absolutely DESPISE tattoo pain. Although, he didn't make the pain go away, but he did make my experience more calming, relaxing and mindful of his pressure on the area being tattooed. NOW THAT'S A WINNER!
So whether you are a newbie like me and anxious about the whole process or you are an experienced body art tattooer, this is the place you want to go and keep going. Dirk, thank you for everything, especially my awesome tattoo...for life.

I came in to have my current tattoo re colored as it had faded in the past few years. Jim did a fantastic job and actually enhanced it with extra shading. He made a great tattoo even better. He is now my new tattooist!!!

Got 2 flash tattoo's at a beer anniversary event today and the work/customer service was awesome. When its $30 tats i wasn't expecting anything other than simple line work from a stencil but my dude (forgive me for not getting his name 😣smh) also threw in some great shading just because he was cool! I will definitely go out of my way to hit Aurora and visit this shop when i need more tats!
