Went here for a tattoo with a friend! Rob was our artist - he took my design and modified it (aka made it better) and did exactly what I wanted for a fair price. He fit us in even though we were walk-ins. Marissa the piercer is knowledgeable and told us her prices, which were more than fair as well. I picked up a few nose rings while I was there - four great nose rings for only $15! Will definitely be going here for my tattoo/piercing needs in the future.

I recently went in and had 4 tattoos done by Gundy. He is very professional and did great work. He is the best. Nemo, Matt and Kayla were also very friendly and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Planet X

Got a septum piercing here and had to immediately remove it because it was very obviously crooked and it was pierced through my cartilage- septum piercings should not be pierced through the cartilage because it can be very painful and dangerous. The piercing looked bad because it was crooked and way too low. The guy didn't ask me if the placement was alright before putting the needle in; it just all happened very fast.
The guys there were very nice and friendly but I didn't have the best experience at this shop.
I called another tattoo shop after having to remove my original piercing and they said they've had multiple people come to them from Planet X with the same problem as me as well as other complications.

I am very upset with the work that Chris did for my tattoo. It had bled out almost all of the ink the initial time he tattooed it. I came back two weeks later for a touch up and the same thing happened again. My tattoo is extremely patchy and faded. It looks absolutely terrible. I am very disappointed. I waited three hours before it could be tattooed and he told me it would be an hour and he could get to me to do my tattoo. I used to love this shop and now I have to go spend more money to get my tattoo fixed somewhere else. A tattoo that costs $60 is going to end up costing me almost $200 because he messed it up two times and will not reply to emails in order to make it right. This tattoo had a lot of meaning for me and I am upset that it is so messed up.

I love love love this shop. I've gotten different bars for my piercing, I've gotten a tattoo, and multiple of my friends have gotten multiple tattoos and piercings here. Everyone is very invested in their clients, is committed to making sure they leave happy, and is highly aware of trying to make this feel like a wholesome place. Gundy did my tattoo, and he completely freehanded it. This is exactly what I envisioned, and I've never been to a more considerable shop sofar. I very highly recommend Planetx tattoo and supply for your next ink or piercing. They truly do outdo themselves.

Took my 16 year old daughter there. Well worth the 25 min drive for us. Clean, everything explained very well and made her feel comfortable. Would recommend them for a piercing to anyone !
