I put down a deposit for a tattoo that was only suppose to be 2 inches wide & 1 inch in height. I found out I was expecting the day that I was suppose to get my tattoo done which means I could no longer get the tattoo due to my unborn child's safety. I contacted the shop, spoke to the tattoo artist (Jay) and the manager (Steph or Seth) and after explaining my situation, I was told that my deposit could not be refunded, even though I was now pregnant, I never got a chance to see the drawing and I was NEVER told that deposits were nonrefundable. The shop kept my money and did not show any remorse for this action. I had to insist on getting someone to possibly do my tattoo after my pregnancy, which the manager thought was feasible but overall I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone!!

got my tongue pierced here, Kayla made sure to mark it up, and fit it to my anatomy so i don’t have to worry about tooth chipping or hitting any veins (my tongue is tricky to pierce.) she was very kind. only complaint was the lack of masks during covid. overall clean and good experience

Got my belly button pierced here telling the peircer how I was allergic to surgical steel and asked him if he could change it, only for him to say it's fine and STILL put in surgical steel. It got infected a couple weeks later (Cleaning it multiple times a day!). DON'T get a piercing here if you can find anywhere else to do itinstead. not worth it.

I've been here for most of my piercings, but my most recent visit wasn't the best. First thing was when my boyfriend and I walked up the door the guy was outside smoking and i asked if they had a bathroom and he responded "only for customers" in a rude tone. We filled out all the paper work to get our septums pierced and went back to ge tg them done.
Now this guy had never pierced me before, mostly because he is new, but he didn't explain much to me nor my boyfriend.
My boyfriend went first and his went fine. When it was my turn he placed the clamp, but it felt kinda low in my septum and he never asked about positioning before getting ready to pierce my nose. He then proceeded to pierce my septum and that went fine. He cleaned up the little bit of blood and sent us on our way.
The next day I had to flip my piercing up into my nose for work and I noticed the piercing is way lower in my nose than the other, so long story short its uneven and doesn't sit level. So if you get pierced here just make sure you do leave check the positioning.

I went to this place back in February to get my daith pierced. The apprentice that completed the piercing did an awful (and painful) job. The needle had slipped due to her lack of attention, so she had to pierce it twice. There was so much blood that my boyfriend almost passed out. Not even a month later, the piercing got infected and I had to take it out. It was very much a waste of $25. The same lady pierced my boyfriend's lip a few months before and the same thing happened. If you want a quality piercer, I would advise to go elsewhere.
