Shop at this place all the time for supplies, usually have great service. Except today when the big guy with the pony tail was at the counter he acted extremely rude and unprofessional with stupid remarks just because we mispronounced the name of a supply we needed. Unnecessary attitude we tried to still purchase our stuff but he continued with rude remarks. We ended up just walking out without or supplies because he wouldn’t stop being disrespectful. Super disappointed they shouldn’t have him at the counter.

JT is the best artist I've ever had. I am heavily tattooed and just moved here from LA so I I have seen my fair share of bad and good tattoo artists. I can tell you IT is the best of the best. He truly cares about his work and he puts everything he has into it. He takes pride and that's really nice to see now a days, you don't see that a lot anymore. He is definitely part of the old school tattoo generation that created at all. I waited for a few months for my tattoo to heal to make sure his lines were straight and everything healed up good and was still vibrant. My absolute favorite piece I have! He will be my tattoo artist for as long as he tattoos. Thanks JT!!! See you soon Bro!!!

First time that I come here, and omg! Me an my hubby where bored at a snowing nite, decide to get a tattoo and we came here cause some other tattoo shop where about to close. So we took her advice, and Jimmy took us, and did amazing. I got a tattoo in my back, where my spine is and omg, almost no pain! He have saint hands thank you so nice!

It’s 9:11 and it claims they close at 10. They should change the hour, the lady who’s closing tonight was rude, I recommend a different place don’t waste your time here.
