Had a consult with Ciera then scheduled an appointment. I was very excited and I took work off that day. When I came in, she had forgotten our appointment day and time and wasn't even there. Then showed up and said how "busy" she's been which was really annoying because I work full time and I'm finishing my PhD. That's just not something you say to someone paying you for your work, that's why I made an appointment in the first place! We rescheduled and did the tattoo on another day that was slightly more inconvenient for me. I like her art, so I booked for another tattoo a month out, sent her photos and set a time. I showed up yesterday and she wasn't there and had forgotten our appointment AGAIN. Waited 45 minutes and she came in talking about how she spent 30hrs drawing up another guy's tattoo, yet didn't have anything drawn up for mine and tried to push an image from the internet on me. So again, she wasted my time and was tactless. Her art is nice, but she really needs to work on professionalism, accountability, and communication! Sorry I won't be coming back.

Great place to get tattooed! All the artists are super nice and the shop is very clean and professional. I’ve been tattooed by Kelsie a couple times now and it’s always a fun time.

I have never been so shock with how the owner handles service. I scheduled a meeting with Jeremy and told him exactly what I wanted . I even had a picture of it. He told me he didn’t wanna tattoo a tattoo someone else already had. I understood that and asked him to change it a little, I than told him exactly what I wanted. All line work, different quality’s about the details, and mandala work. He was taking notes the whole time. He than scheduled an appointment for me a little over a week out. He than told me he wouldn’t have it finished until the night before. That made me nervous because it’s gonna be on my body forever but he said he does that with all his clients and that’s all he had time for (even though it was a week out) I decided to say “that’s fine but if I don’t like it I’ll want you to do the original.” I never received a response. A week past and it was the night before. He sent me a picture of the tattoo he made that looked nothing like the one I asked for . It was ALL shading and looked like he whipped it up in 20 min. Nothing he wrote down in his notes where in the tattoo he made. He than said it took him 3 hours to make. I told him that It was good art but not what I was asking for. Than I explained again what I wanted. He than said he didn’t like the way I talked to him and that he refused to do the lion I wanted. He said that it’s a common tattoo. I don’t find that an acceptable reason to cancel the appointment I made a week ago ON THE DAY OF , literally a few hours before the appointment. When I said he was being unprofessional he started to argue back with me and said he took 3 hours sitting next to his wife and he even had to push her tattoo back. But I scheduled a week ago so I don’t know why that would be a problem.

If you want a tattoo that is the complete opposite of what you ask for and tell them you want than I would go here if not than I recommend going else where. I wish I could give 0 stars

Alyx straight kills it, if your looking for an artist to share good laughs with and build an awesome client relationship with, i wouldn’t look any further. Not only is DreamHouse an amazing shop, the staff treats you well and the environment is amazing, definitely makes you wanna come back for another tattoo!

Jeremy is amazing!! He is really good at detail and makes sure that you are satisfied with the finished product. He made sure that I was comfortable with my piece. He has amazing prices and is so kind and can make anything from a bunch of random ideas. Anyone looking for a new artist should definitely give him a try. You will not regret it.

Simply astounding. The cleanliness and professionalism of this store is off the charts. You can truly tell that the members of the team care about the customer as well as the design they chose. Jeremy took the time to make my design exactly the way I wanted it while adding his own creative side to it as well. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for extremely talented artists!

Great place. Clean, professional, and the music was great. I went in for a tattoo from Kelsie and she came up with an awesome design that really made my vague idea shine. I'll probably be back every month for the next few years.

Hands down the best tattoo shop in Colorado. I originally discovered this business randomly on instagram just before they did their DRAGON BALLevent and got 3 flash tats from 3 different artists. I fell in love with the shop instantly and already made an apointment with the extremely talented Cierra the same week. The relaxed and homely atmosphere, the friendliness and realness of all the very different assortment of artists that work there, the good music thats always playing on the stereo, the dedication to detail and cleanliness and the all around extremely talented skill that the owner Jeremy has put together over the past couple years all combined makes it an easy reason why it's the only shop I go to. I got my first tattoo in the summer of 2020 as a stick and poke from my friend and got my first 3 DRAGON BALL tats from these guys, COME JANUARY 2022 and I now have 21 tattoos on me between all of the tattoo artists in this shop MINUS the new KELLY KRANZ and new apprentices. Getting at least one tattoo from all their artists isnt enough as now im getting work done from one of the new Apprentices JACK tomorrow and will hope to get tats from the other apprentices as well. I absolutely love DREAM HOUSE TATTOO. Jeremy, Eli, Cierra, Kelsey, Jordan, and REED have all tatted me up now and I love every single one. Each of those artists are talented as hell and have their own little skillsets that seperate them and give them all different reasons to be your artist. I cannot express how much I love this shop and all the work they have done on me, the friendliness they have shown me and all the fun times hanging with this team of weirdos!!!! Getting tatted tomorrow cuz im literally always getting tatted from these dudes!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jeremys work is beautiful and unique! There’s a lot of tattoo artists that are heavy handed and don’t care much about getting to know their client but not here! It’s all good vibes and friendly attitudes! Pretty phenomenal pricing as well for such great pieces of art and making a new friend!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!
