I went in with an idea and Ritchie turned it into an amazing piece of art and then his light hand gave my hubby the courage to get his first tattoo as well and even his is beautiful

I got my triple forward helix pierced here and since then it has been oozing, swollen, and not healing at all. I moved to Grand Junction and ended up seeking medical help. I had to get an oral antibiotic and then switch out the jewelry at a different shop. When I showed the new piercer my ear, she was absolutely disgusted. One of the studs didn't even go through my cartilage and the other two were completely diagonal.

Friendly staff. Knowlegable and experienced piercer. I had my daiths pierced and my daughter had her belly button. It was quick, and friendly service.. But most importantly clean and sanitized

at first I gave them a shot and I had a guy by the name Richard Leo who at first seemed eager to get me as client until I was told to check his social media page..

He clearly states his disdain toward people of color while saying he prefers not to do our skin, because of many reasons including it being a waste of ink on dark skin..

I would like to here back from this company on their procedures and if they align with ideology such as their employees

Love their tattoos and peicings they do really well but for the most part its very empty in the lounge. I wish they had a much bigger selection for piercings. Hate going to Walmart for something cool that breaks in the end.

This Christmas I went to a tattoo and piercing shop in Colorado springs to get my nose pierced. I was very happy with how professional and clean they were. Last month I went into the dungeon to have them switch my piercing out for a hoop. I couldnt do it myself because they did it with a special stud. The lady that helped me and my dad pick out a hoop first off rolled her eyes at my dad and pushed past questions he was asking. We finally picked one and I went back with her to get it switched. I told her about the place i got it done at and how much it was and i basically got the what for on why i paid as much as i did. First off my nose is very sensitive and she wasn't gental at all. Her tool that she was using to change it slipped and she made a noise out of fear. This got me scared and not to mention hurt really bad. So we get the hoop on and she is clamping it. We leave and I get home and it looked like there was scratch from when she slipped. It was not big deal. However later that night at I went to get ready for bed at 10 I knew something wasn't right. That thing that I thought was a scratch on the inside of my nose was really the hole of where the hoop should have been! The lady didn't put it all the way through! She decided just to clamp it onto my skin. So I go wake my dad up and he has to get out the pliers and unclamp it from my skin. She did it so hard it took us a half hour to undo it. After we got it off my skin my mom had to basically repierce my nose and shove it through the hole. My question is if you are professional how can you be so inept to do that? I will never recommend this place to anyone ever if you can handle switching a piercing out I can't even imagine how you do tattoos.
