Highly recommend location and the people that work there. My daughters and I went to get nose piercings and Jesica went above and beyond to make everyone of us feel comfortable and love our experience. My daughter had her first tattoo and Ansley did an amazing job. We all left with smiles and a great experience. We will definitely come here again.

I took my 4.5 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced and they were amazing! Nina and Delaney were so good with her. They explained everything to her and pierced both ears at the same time, which took less than 5 seconds to do. She loves her earrings and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience! Everyone at the shop was so nice and amazing! Thank you!!!

My buddy and I walked in to do secondary piercing on both ears. Service and job was done very well; however the price was very expensive. They charged us $120 EACH for small studs on both ears. We were both there for maybe 30 minutes.. if you’re looking for a cheap walk in then I wouldn’t recommend these guys for piercings. Like I said before Job was done great and very professional, it just seemed very over priced for something that can be done for half the price at various other places

Made an appointment for 2 pircings, and was canceled on the day of the piercing, even though i took a day off for. Not a big deal, i can reschedule next week right? Took another day off drove 30 minutes away, about 10 minutes left and they call to cancel on me again. Wasted all that time and gas... what a joke, not even any attempts to try and make up for it. Just asked if id like to reschedule again... go anywhere else.

Took my 11 year old to get her ears pierced. Super nice people, LOVED that they did both ears at once, and overall great experience. Highly recommended and will be back!

They were professional and kind and more than competent. It was a very pleasant experience.

My daughter had two appointments for a cartilage piercing done here. Actual piercing appointment was great. Second appointment to swap out stud for a hoop was not. We arrived 3 minutes after appointment time due to traffic and Jess was still working with another client, so we got checked in and sat down. The previous appointment came down a few minutes later, so I thought we would be called to go upstairs soon but we weren't. After 25 more minutes passed, I asked the gal at the desk (who was not wearing a mask) if we were going to be seen soon. She went upstairs and talked to Jess and came back down. We were allowed to go up roughly five minutes later where we got lectured by Jess about how we were lucky she could squeeze us in because we were late and how valuable her time was. I apologized for being a few minutes late but pointed out that she was still working with another client at the time of our arrival. Jess continued to be rude. I believe our appointment was scheduled for something like 15-20 minutes. It took all of 5 minutes to do this, so even with us being 3 minutes late, she would have had plenty of time within our appointment window to do this. She also did not clean my daughter's piercing, nor the new hoop when swapping them out, which I think should have been done for hygiene purposes. We will not be back or recommend.

I've had them do almost all my piercing and having nothing but great things to say. They are amazing people and do great work. As well as the tattos, I've had them do one for myself and it turned out just the way I wanted it too. Thank you clean slate!
