Totally unprofessional! I bought one of their vape pens brand name ooze. They don't charge so it's a worth less product. When I went to return it with the receipt they refused and mentioned that it's a manufacturer defect and we would have to file a complaint with them.

Store was clean. Took my sister there to get her nosed pierced. The service was a little slow but understandable since their staff is ensuring the cleanliness of their stations. The only reason i didnt give a 5 star was because the artist openly bashed several other stores in the area, and even called out an artist by name and was slandering him. Otherwise seemed nice and was helpful.

I had the best experience here. I got my ears and my nose pierced and I am absolutely in love! Two years ago I got my nose pierced somewhere and it couldn't have been any worse, it was so painful and I ended up having to take it out because it kept getting irritated and got infected because it wasn't done right and I was so upset because it was something I had wanted for so long. Now fast forward to now, I had the pleasure of having Jeanette do my piercings and she was absolutely AMAZING! The piercings were PAINLESS I was so surprised. I am so thankful that I have found such a great piercer. I'll definitely be back for more! Thank you so so much! xx
