The piercer I had did do my first piercing right . She some how didn't get the earing in all the way an wanted to do it again or to come back I love far away from them so coming back wasn't an option . I got a piercing I didn't want but will deal with. I've been to this place a couple times I don't understand why she didn't /couldn't do what I wanted I won't be going back to this place

My friends and I went here to get piercings and not only did Jazz mess up on the piercing but she didn’t change her gloves. She also used the same tools on my friends and I without sterilizing them. For all I know the jewelry was dirty too. I spoke to the manager Nita about these concerns and Nita was extremely rude and short with me. They did refund what I spent but I’m extremely disgusted with how dirty Jazz was and the fact that the manager defended her and wasn’t willing to even hear what I had to say. I’m going to the Health Department.

the first time me and my sister went we got the Ashley, both were not placed right we stuck it out for a few weeks but mine fell out while in Denver so had someone else replace the jewelry but it was smaller and kept coming thru my lip, finally was over it and let it close. today me and my sister went and got the vertical labret and again it was placed wrong like mine too ball is at the back of my lip almost to the point it inside my mouth!!! it touched my top lip and he was jus very nonchalant about it m, i am not impressed and will not go back, i have tried twice and both times was not satisfied, so i call another place and she said to take it out and let it heal and she would do it, on my way home not even 2 hrs after getting it done my ball came off and the jewelry fell out!!!!!

I went here about a month ago twice for 2 piercings one nose piercing on either side 1st one looked good so I went back a week later for the other side now that their healed I learned with the angles she did them I can't use studs at all the 1st one she did at such a horrible angle that even over a month later it takes me over a hour and LOTS of pain just to change the ring I've been sitting here trying to change it for the last hour and had to give up there is a good possibility I'll have to let the first one close up and get it repierced don't waste your money here she's amateur at best and I'm highly disappointed

Went in on a holiday. Half the shops in town were closed. Was able to get on a waiting list for a piercing. Piercers took their time with consultations and were fast when it came to the piercing and putting in jewelry. Everyone was positive and friendly. Best experience I've had in town in years, been getting pierced at shops in the Springs for over 10 years now. Strongly recommend checking them out

I went in to get my helix/cartilage pierced today. The piercing was cheap but very well done. The staff were amazing and kind! It was a long wait (I was the 4th person being pierced today and waited 1-2 hours) but other than that it was great. Thank you Chris for the piercing!!
