Alissa was my piercer when I first got my industrial piercing, she was very nice and considerate. And then when my industrial bar started embedding she took it out and replaced it with 2 small bars and was very understanding with prices!

Do not get pierced here! Totally inexperienced and unprofessional piercers here. Many people I know including myself have had jacked up piercings from this place. Just don't do it. Learn from myself and others. Go somewhere else. I hope you don't read this review and then think back on it later that you should've listened.

Overall great experience , front desk customer service and general conversation with employees was great ,even got free waters , that was until I was told to go to the room with my piercer, the guy jokingly told me she got called in on her day off to help kill the line but she did not seem thrilled , she was super short to talk , overall rude , and even made my nose piercing a little to high because she was in such a hurry to get everyone out , like I said wonderful place maybe I just went at the wrong time and got the wrong person.

Highly disappointed with my overall experience here and will not be coming back or referring friends here for any piercings. The one thing that really irritates me is the fact that I had asked them to re-pierce my angel bites THROUGH THE ORIGINAL PLACEMENT OF THE INITIAL PIERCINGS. They couldn’t even do that correctly. They sloppily marked it up and then pierced it sightly BELOW the original placement. The work areas floor had random trash all over it (caps to piercing supplies included). And the fact that they couldn’t tell me the size of the bar they had switched my bottom lip snakebites out with was very strange to me.
