The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with almost getting a tattoo. Months in advance, I booked out. I only spoke to her assistant at first. She confirmed my appointment and said I would be speaking to Amanda Foster closer to the day. A few days out she sent a reminder and I asked about my design. She told me Amanda would get with me before. The day of I still haven’t heard from Amanda, so I messaged again asking to see a design. The response was just saying you have a confirmed appointment today. I again asked to see the design and she said she’d draw it up when I got there...months in advance, I was told by her assistant it’d be done days before. But fine. I go to my appointment and am greeted with we are closed on the doors. I waited fifteen minutes and left. Amanda messages me 20 minutes later asking if I’d like to reschedule since I am down for 11 and not shown. I informed her I had been there and left. She very rudely told me she was there the whole time, the doors were open the whole time, and knocking is always a good idea. I have four tattoos all from different artists and even the one I had to have covered up had better customer service skills than that. I will gladly be driving to Wyoming for future business instead of giving money to someone like that.

Paid way too much money for small artwork I didn't get to pick my own colors my arm is a mess it's going to cost me twice as much to get it fixed I definitely wouldn't recommend her shop
