James Dean Pruitt was very welcoming & made me feel comfortable with getting my first tattoo. He took in my ideas & efficiently created a design that exceeded my expectations! He was very clean & thorough in the process. I am ecstatic with the result & to own artwork from an established professional. All of the artists in the shop were very friendly & showed interest in each other’s work. The outlook & atmosphere create such a positive environment! Francesca was amazing she took into account everything thing I asked for in a Memorial Tattoo that I wanted to get in honor of my mama. She was great in walking me through the process as she went since this was my first tattoo. I will definitely be going back to get my next one. Had a great experience. Charlie was able to fit me in less than a day after I reached out. He drew up an amazing design from a reference photo and had some great suggestions to add. He was very professional and the tattoo came out even better than I was hoping. He wrapped it really well and the price was very reasonable for the quality and time it took. Highly recommend this shop and definitely recommend Charlie for American traditional tattoos!

I first heard of crimson hilt from Josh a guy who runs the day program I go to. One day I had asked Josh if he could take me to get a tattoo, well he had introduced me to this guy Alex who did a fantastic job on doing my favorite Marvel character Black Panther. Im actually going to be getting my third tattoo! Great place

JD Pruitt is an unmatched artist! I have a rose on my hand he drew freehand and it came out beyond my expectations...in fact it is my favorite. And I’ve been back multiple times to the crimson hilt because of him, and the environment there is super awesome! Couldn’t recommend it enough. Plenty of amazing artists to work with for any styles.
