This is not on the artist because Eric the artist was amazing. This is all about whoever scheduled this appointment.
We were told that we could come in about an hour early for our tattoo and then two minutes before we were there, we were called and told not to come because there was a walk in and gave us another new time. So we showed up at the new appointment time and were told it would only be a few minutes and an hour later we were still waiting. Taking walk-ins is fine but making them a priority before people who had an appointment and paid the down payment is bad business and very unprofessional. And on top of that the lady at the front desk was very rude over the phone and then pretty much ignored us and not get our paper work until the last second. She also had very terrible customer service, because she told us thank you for waiting but no apology was made to us about over booking the artist. When it’s her job to make sure that it doesn’t happen.

I came to Ryan Willard with an idea for my first tattoo and intially I wasn't thrilled about the original sketch. However, Ryan recognized that and on the spot came up with something free hand that I absolutely loved. That alone shows how passionate he is about his art and that he cares about creating quality work for his clients. The level of detail is amazing, I look forward to finishing my sleeve with Ryan this summer! Don't hesitate to come here for tattoo work, it's well worth the price!

Ryan blew me away. I got a rather large piece (almost the entirety of my arm from my elbow down) done, with plans on completing a full sleeve. Lines are solid, the black work is amazing, he obviously has been doing this awhile. He’s super friendly and comforting, working with him has been a pleasure. He was timely in all responses and contacting me from the get home and has even checked up on me during my healing process. I honestly can’t wait to sit for him again 💯

By far my favorite shop and favorite people! I've been tattooed by other artists from all over but these guys are the best. Very laid back fun vibe and I always know no matter what artist I go to I'm going to walk out with a sick piece. Ryan Willard cares so much about his clients and his craft. Came in 7/11 as a tourist, They got me in last min. Staff was friendly and welcoming! Spence did our tattoos. He did an AMAZING job and was reasonably priced. These tattoos meant a lot to me since they are to memorialize my daughter who died in December as a stillborn. Our tattoos are PERFECT!
Side note: they followed all Covid guidelines. Masks, sanitizer, distancing, and disinfecting after every client.

Compared to other tattoo places I've been to- Marion street by far is the best. They are super fast about getting your tattoo designed prepped, they have amazing quality and get the job done quick. The atmosphere inside is also just very fun and comfortable.
