I called to ask about Friday the 13th deals and the lady was so rude about the fact they arent doing the deal they normal do. The phone cut out on her and she got mad at me because I asked her to repeat herself. Will never be getting any work done from this place.

Rude staff immediately when I walked in the door and refused to answer questions I asked. Awful customer service and lacked the ability to fain interest in their customers need. Snobby staff has lost interpersonal skills nessassary to be successful in customer retention.
