I never had to question what she was doing due to her explaining her process from the start. I could immediately tell how much love and energy Meg puts into her work. Coming all the way from South Carolina, my experience was the best it could have ever been! I was super tired and jet-lagged from traveling, but instantly when I walked into the studio I was super stoked just from looking around. The entry/lobby area has a gallery of mixed media art from a guest artist, all really beautiful, calming work. Meg was super kind and equally looking forward to our appointment! I received two tattoos from her, one a flash design and the other a custom piece inspired by my cat, Toad! She came up with several options for me to choose from, all of which were amazing. The whole process was super comfortable and chill, and I loved getting to chat with her during the process and catch up. She was also super transparent, thorough, and informative throughout each part of the tattoos, making sure I felt good about everything as we went. The other artists who were in the studio were also so kind, it felt just so relaxed there. Also very important note it smells amazing; so calming and refreshing. Will definitely be back :) I'm super happy with my pieces; proudly repping tattoobymeg artwork on my body foreva !!

Ryane kindly took me in to fix an old tattoo, and the outcome was such a lovely balance of old and new. They quickly understood the importance of the previous tattoo and that I was really hoping to keep its essence while also enhancing it with new art. The studio itself is warm and inviting with art in the waiting area, but I think what makes this place so special is the experience they all provide. From my first communication with Jess to walking out the door post tattoo, it was just easy. I’m obviously partial to Ryane, as they saved my sad little tattoo, but I’ve looked at the other artists instagrams and this is an amazingly talented group with a genuine kindness you may not find everywhere! So get your tattoo here. Just do it. :)

Meg really really took time and care to make sure my tattoos were just the way I wanted. it was truly one of my favorite days of my life and I can’t wait to go back!
