I have 14 piercings, two of which I got here. Sid is the worst piercer I have ever had. He pierced my conch with the wrong size...used a 14 gauge instead of 16g...that's crazy! I was told he was using a 16g. When it wasn't healing I went to another piercer and they switched it out. It healed fine after that. The earring that he used for my helix was cheap, it turned my ear green (even when he reassured me it was sterling silver). Don't waste your time at stores like this.

I got 2 piercings here from the new guy one was extremely uneven he dropped the jewelry on the floor & instead of replacing it put it in my face & didn't warn me when he was about to pierce me I'm extremely upset with this place & wouldn't recommend it cuz how unprofessional & unsanitary it is.

Zero Stars if it were an option. Got a piercing here and was told by the piercer to use Dial Gold soap and Iodized salt. After getting back to Texas about a week after the piercing, I ended up getting an infection. Talked to two piercer's out here and said not to ever use soap and Iodized salt on a new piercing. Had to go to the doctor's to get an ointment for the infection. Total cost including the charge of the piercing, $165. More than it should have been. Not reviewing to recive pity but so customers know for themselves and their money.
One piercer recommended NeilMed's NeilCleanse Piercing Aftercare. Worked great coinciding with the ointment from the doctor, infection gone.
