The only reason why this place is getting a one star is because of CJ. I got a tattoo from him. And the work that he did was absolutely phenomenal. However he had me pay for the entire thing up front. No big deal. He then says the shop is closing in a couple hours. You’ll have to come back to get the rest done. I said, no problem. I come to the next scheduled appointment, After leaving work early to get to this appointment and he isn’t there. I called him. He told me, my bad, I ended up in The Springs and I don’t have a ride back yet. And I understand, I’ve partied and lost track of time. We reschedule the appointment, again I leave work early and guess what? He was a no show again. Saying he was stranded, again! He didn’t even offer to schedule a third appointment. So all in all, the tattoo I got looks good. But it wasn’t finished. So, if you want a unfinished tattoo please go check him out. It’s to bad, money wasn’t the issue. I have a lot of friends that get tattoos. And now I am steering Them away from your shop.

I will never come back. Purchased two balls for my pircing and they did not fit.
I showed the gentleman inside the exact jewelry I needed the ball for.
I purchased two of these. Walked outside to my car, tried them both on my jewelry and It did not fit. Not one minute had passed and I went back inside and told the same gentleman that the balls he had sold me did not fit my jewelry.
He statated: "All sales being final, you will have to buy a brand new set."
Really!? Woow. What awful customer service. He made a mistake and I had to pay for it. No, never again.

I called this location because I wanted to purchase a specific product that they were all out of at every other Freaky's location. The girl on the phone assured me the product was in stock, but sounded like she didn't actually check. I took her word and drove 30 minutes out of my way to this location. When I arrived, the same girl I spoke to on the phone checked the store and said they were all out. So thanks for making me drive an extra hour for nothing. Truly useless staff couldn't be bothered to to the bare minimum to help customers.

Great spot to go to for just about anything. Love the customer service, especially from Kayla who is the tattoo artist there. Good vibes very helpful, she also has alot of custom pieces already ready to go. Recommend anyone looking for some work to be done Kayla's the right person to go to.

I've got most of my glass collection from here there has been black cases collecting dust on the top shelf so I wanted a lookah that I picked out plus many other items to one of those black cases so I asked about doing what I wanted not knowing there was a reason those glass pieces and cases sat there apparently that was the idea of them sitting together the Rig I picked out was better quality and priced higher but they would not budge So I walked out with nothing in hand and a door I will not enter again Loyal and good paying customers have no value here
