Terrible experience,was sent here,from Colfax location due to technical difficulties over there.Was told I was going to get taken care of,at this location,they took the tax off my purchase.(Wow). and then said they couldnt accept my gift card,because of a virus in the system so It was a waste of time to come here.tried to get cash back but would not,comply with me..so this 30 gift card is useless til Monday.what a gift from a poorly managed establishment.buying my pipes at dispensaries from now on.

Not happy with what I spend I understand that you as an owner you have to hire but I feel you should be right there more involved never the less I love this shop just not the current employees working there in the Am not gonna go into detail cuz they will know then I’ll probably be treated much worse still love this shop just wish the employees were more respectful and much more interactive with the customer on top of all this when u buy CHECK YOUR RECEIPT cuz these kids could do wrong

Booked an appointment with CJ 3weeks in advanced. Showed up to my appointment and was told he is out of town. No call letting me know or asking for me to reschedule. Only thing the guy at the shop knew was that he got a note saying CJ would be out of town. Not to happy beings that I made arrangements for a sitter and everything. Very unprofessional so I will not be rescheduling with him, and I'm going elsewhere for my tattoo services.

I wanted to get my nose pierced. I went to Bound By Design and they wanted $55 to do the job, not to mention the price for jewlery! How FREAKING ridiculous! Then i went to FREAKYS and they did it for me for $25, jewelry included! Thanks guys!

Freaking awesome place to go! Everyone's always nice. They just implemented a new rewards program but no one seems to get it working correctly on the tablet! They are always knowledgable about the items!
