Came in while visiting Colorado and am absolutely in love with the shop and everyone in it. I messaged their Instagram page and got assigned a tattoo artist who I emailed with for about a month to make sure everything was how I wanted it. When I showed up to the shop, everything was clean and everyone was super friendly. After about hour 2, I was hurting pretty bad haha, but Scott was so understanding! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Will definitely be back the next time I'm in Glenwood!

Amelia Kraft was great! I did some research on getting a tattoo in Glenwood Springs Colorado and after looking at all my options I chose Amelia at Hole in the wall tattoo. She did a great cover up for me that both covered the old tattoo and provided me with a fantastic new piece of artwork. Amelia is Professional, friendly, and a great artist and provided a great tattoo experience with supper clean work environment and professionalism towards her trade. I would definitely recommend Amelia to anyone looking to get tattoo work done in the Glenwood Springs area.

I've gotten tattooed by Shelley at Hole in the Wall for eight years now. I have tattoos on my legs, stomach, back, shoulders, arms, chest, neck and hands from her. All of my tattoos have healed great and been outlined and shaded very well. I've never been disappointed going here nor would I go anywhere else. I have different art from black and grey roses, colored roses, calligraphy, animals, scenery, an hour glass among many other things. I have also had my nose, tongue, lips, belly button and nipples pierced by her which all healed perfectly. Hole in the Wall is a comfortable and fun place to have work done. I enjoy looking at her art on the walls while I get tattooed on. I recommend Hole in the Wall to everyone.

Kat and Austin are the only tattoo artists I have! Austin does amazing script, and he's so versatile with his styles. I love all of his calligraphy. Kat comes up with crazy, beautiful designs that complement your body and personality. Kat executes her work gently and pays great attention to detail. She genuinely cares about the art she leaves on your body.

I went in and got 4 tattoos and 3 new piercings and I am happy with the price quoted to me.
My artist did an excellent job covering a small anchor on my foot and he completely fulfilled the ideas I had for my other 3.
My piercer was incredibly down to earth and made me feel very at ease and almost as if we were long lost friends.
My only complaints would be (1) when it came time to 'bandage' my tattoos, it was done so with bounty paper towels and tape. I'm no expert but I can say from experience that having a rough paper towel rubbing on a fresh tattoo (or 4) is a less than desirable feeling.
(2) I was given literally no aftercare instruction or pointers for neither my traigus or double forward helix piercings.
I realize this is 2018 and everyone has access to Google ( 😁 ) but some personalized aftercare instructions would have been very helpful.
Overall I was pleased with my experience here and will hopefully return next year for another tattoo.

Very nice staff, Scott seems to be good and know his stuff. Very down-to-earth dude and is nice and open to anything that you like want or to change. I did a touch up and redo on a prison tattoo and I am very happy with the way it turned up

My sister and I went in to get pierced. Shelly was quick, nice, but didn't give any instructions on aftercare or what warning signs to look out for. I had to approach her and ask. Also she didn't even bother asking what kind of ring we wanted.

I got 6 piercings by Ellie. She was very professional and so much fun to chat with. She even offered to change out my jewlrey for me once all healed up. I will be going back for sure!!!!
