Unprofessional. I reached out to Rylee to get a tattoo. At first, she was responsive. We scheduled a consultation. She showed up 15 minutes late with two Starbucks in hand. No apology. We discussed what I wanted, and she “booked” me for the following Monday. I gave her $100, $50 of it was for the deposit, and she said the other $50 would be taken off the total price. The Sunday before my appointment, she texted me and said she was double booked. But didn't offer to reschedule. A week later, after no response, I asked if I could get an appointment scheduled and gave her dates, I would be available. No response. I asked her to return all money, as I never saw the tattoo, nor did I have an actual appointment. No response. I'm out $100 with no explanation, no answer, and no tattoo.

Very unprofessional. My wife tried to be accommodating with her for a couple of appointment cancellations due to family emergencies or problems. Things happen and my wife was understanding, but there was little to no communication or effort from Rylee to set up the new appointments. She then refused to give the deposit back because she had to “draw up the designs”, but the designs she drew was nothing more than copying the design but changing the flower heads. 10-15 minutes worth of work tops. She also refused to do the tattoos for her hourly rate because she needs to “make money” and she “doesn’t work for free”. She may have been good when she was at Voodoo Circus under someone else’s watch, but this experience with her at her own shop has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Would definitely recommend looking elsewhere if you’re looking for a professional experience from a professional artist.

I had a wonderful tattoo done by Rylee, was very happy with the experience. My husband had an appointment scheduled the next day and she had to cancel at the last minute due to a family emergency, which I get, we all have those. This was a month ago and I've tried reaching out several times, at first to reschedule, then asking for my $50 deposit back. She has not responded to any attempts to contact her and has not returned my deposit. If her family emergency required her to be closed away from business for a month, that's fine, all I asked for was some communication, and now she won't even return my deposit for an appointment she broke. Very unprofessional.

Rylee has been my gal for my past four tattoos!!! I get compliments on them all of the time. People always comment on how bright the colors are and her style of tattooing!!! I always let people know it’s Rylee Foster!!! She’s gonna be my forever tattoo artist. Love you girl ❤️❤️❤️❤️
