Just got my industrial piercing a few minutes ago and already love it. Kim was super nice and supportive. She definitely made me comfortable and made sure that I had no concerns. If I ever decide to get another piercing, I will definitely come back here.

I went in w/ my 15 year old daughter… She got her upper lobes pierced and switch out both her Helix piercings w/ new Jewelry.. She was very nervous and got a little light headed. Kim was excellent w/ her, provided her w/ some water, let her lay down so she was more comfortable and talked her thru every step.. She new she loved Pink, so she found some cute rings w/ pink balls for her Helix piercings and some pink studs for her upper lobes.. I then got my Conch pierced on one side and my Helix on the other side.. Excellent experience all around and definitely will be back for future piercings and/or tattoos.. I included below a picture of my conch piercing and I love it..

I got my septum pierced and couldnt have asked to go to a better place! This was my first facial piercing and was quite nervous about it but Kim was calm, kind, and professional the entire time while telling me all of what she was doing as well as why she was doing it, effectively helping ease my nerves. She also had no problem answering my questions and explaining in great detail!
Awesome experience. I will definitely be coming back if i want to get another piercing.

Kim is by far the best piercer I have ever known. She does an amazing job and I can’t believe how friendly and conversive she is. She explains every step of the process and is overall an amazing person!

I booked a cartilage piercing with Kim, she was fantastic and funny and made me feel comfortable. She was very knowledgeable as well and helped me figure out earring placement around my existing piercings. I will definitely be scheduling any future piercings with her. The shop was clean and her hygiene practices seemed great, and my piercing has been healing really well.

I was super happy with my experience at the shop and am planning on contacting them for tattoos as well, will update once I have experience with that!

i’ve gotten 2 piercings here and i will never go to another piercing shop. kim is very professional and made me feel super comfortable for both my septum and nostril piercing. im already planning my next piercing with her. highly recommend.

To start on a good note:
Inside, its really cute! There are also some really cool pieces in that jewelry case right when you go in. Also, the tattoo side looks really nice, it's a real cool vibe.The drawing figures that are around the shop really add to the artsy vibe, and the tattoo artist that was assisting me and the other customer was really nice.

Initially, I gave a 2 star review with no response, but I'm not a fan of the response to the initial review. Let me go into some detail on that initial 2 star:

1 star was taken away because the entryway and your displays were dirty and musty. The QR code that I had to scan was covered in dirt.That's the 1st impression, you have to do better. I'mma give you the benefit of the doubt bc its been raining, but I'm still deducting one star.

1 star was taken away because of timeliness. Why you have another customer in there who had to stand around for 10 mins after her appt started because you were still chit chatting and lallygagging with the prior customer? I have never in my life seen a basic piercing go over 30 mins, you have shown me something new today. It looked really good from what I saw, but yeaaa. Seeing you ignore the other customer with the 4:25 appt for 17 mins showed me that you don't respect people's time enough for me personally.

1 star was taken because who you finally finished with that customer, you came out and ignored me. The other customer had to say I was there first for you to even look at me. Then when I'm asking you questions, you have an attitude with me. I didn't mean to schedule the wrong day, and I had already waited 35 mins, what was another 30 mins in the scheme of things? But I wasn't going to stay and talk you when you were being rude. You were the problem here, not me.

So thats two stars.

Also, why do you only take cash and then taking Venmo in the back? You have a whole ATM machine in there, but no Square? It's giving "I'm not trying to pay taxes". An ATM machine is way harder to get than a Square POS system. So imma take a half star for that, and another half for your response to my initial review. So -4 stars.

Kim was great! Awesome shop, lots of selection on piercings, I got right in and right out. Definitely coming here again for the next piercing.
