They were so nice! (This is gonna be longish) I had gotten double cartilage piercings at another studio and they weren't done correctly/evenly so the right piercing had issues from jump and ended up healing over the end of the original hoop jewelry. I found out I'm allergic to the cheap metals so I should only use surgical grade. The first piercer didn't say anything like that when I told her my ears hurt from wearing Claire's earrings and she told me to just gauge the piercing up and I wouldn't have that problem. I talked to the staff about that and they said I was allergic. I didn't get her name but one of the lady's took out the problem piercing and switched it out for a better stud. Immediate relief. I had her replace the other hoop on the left and got quality jewelry for my lobes. 10/10 would reccomend. They were so nice and so thorough.

Apparently not taking new clients until September. Weird since all of the artists were sitting around munching Chinese food and looking exceptionally not busy. Rude and dismissive. Went to Blood and Iron and was promptly seen and given an appointment.

My son got his ears pierced at Claire's and 2 days later began developing a rash. After getting absolutely NO help from the Claire's manager when I took him back in for a suggestion, we stopped by Jon's Custom Creations to see if we could get some advice. They were so kind and helpful, offering advice, and even stated we could come back in if it didn't seem to be improving. What a helpful, knowledgeable place, and then to generously offer advice when we hadn't even been paying customers!! Five stars for being such a professional place of business!

I got my first tattoo here from Rachel, and she did a phenomenal job. She was very considerate and kind the entire time and created a great tattoo that turned heads while she was doing it. I had known for a long time through family that Jon's did great work, but I was still floored by how pleasant the whole experience was. They do great work for a very reasonable price. I 100% recommend Jon's to all my friends and anyone who is considering anything tattoo and piercing related.

I heard a lot of good things about this place, so I decided to go get a couple piercings here. I got my cartilage pierced in two places. Neither healed correctly, both migrated, and when changing my jewelry, none of the jewelry went in correctly. I decided to give Jon's Custom Creations another shot, so I went in and got them re-pierced a few months later. Same thing happened. I spent approximately $200 on piercings here and none of them healed correctly. Some of my friends also had the same problems, with naval piercings getting infected and ear piercings migrating. The staff was so kind, but the quality of the piercings was terrible and now I'm out $200 for piercings I couldn't even keep in.

I went in to finish a piece I got a few months ago. I walked in expecting to do a consultation (I had already drawn the tattoo) then make an appointment but to my surprise I got it the same day. Everybody was very friendly. I had Rachael as my artist, and she did an amazing job. The lines are nice and straight and the color pack is good. After 11 tattoos, I've finally found the studio that I'll keep coming back to.

Jon does beautiful work! I've been to him for two tattoos now and have zero complaints about either of them. He's not heavy handed and he makes great conversation...plus his shop is a mini museum!

This place is awesome. Matthew did my piercings and he was so calm, so friendly I didn't even worry about the piercing process. He was quick, talked to me about every day things and was very open. Totally suggesting this place to anybody who asks! Worth it!
