I made an appointment with Ohran two weeks in advance and when it came to the day I was supposed to get my tattoo he pushed my appointment back an hour, and then once I got there he asked me to see what I wanted again because he didn't remember. It was quite a detailed piece to not be already drawn up for me. As soon as he saw it again he wanted me to reschedule... I completely understand running behind on your day, but not even being prepared for your next client who's tattoo is going to take 3 hours and the lack of communication.. I definitely didn't reschedule my appointment.

White Lotus is awesome!!! Great customer service and very accommodating staff! I went in to replace the ball on my cartilage piercing. They squeezed me in because I was crunched for time and popped a ball in place in seconds! I can’t recommend them enough! If I ever get up the nerve for a tattoo or another piercing; I will definitely be back to White Lotus to do so!!! Thanks again guys, you rock!

Needed a replacement barbell for a tongue piercing when the ball fell off. Wanted to support a local business.
Piercing specialist wasn’t very helpful, we were rushed through. Needed a neutral color ball because of work requirements. They didn’t have it-selection was really poor. When we asked for recommendation of a place that may have it he told us he didn’t know of any other companies. Really? You don’t know of ANY company or anywhere we could go to find what was needed?
Ended up with a barbell that is too large a gauge (too narrow) and the ball on it is so small it almost pushes through the piercing itself. It will do for now but at $30 can’t help but feel ripped off. Of course, all jewelry sales are final.
Was looking at this place for my next tattoo but based on this experience I will not be going back.

I don't know how someone could write a bad review on this place. I was absolutely pleased with every aspect of this shop. I got my tattoo by Julian and he was so cool and so was everyone else in the shop! It was clean, bright and just a great atmosphere. Great customer service. I will definitely be coming back for all future needs and refer them to everyone I know!

I went here for a tattoo and I will never go anywhere else again! Ohran did a sweet cactus tattoo for me and he is absolutely amazing!! You pay for what you get. He absolutely blew my mind! I love this shop. Everyone is so nice and sweet!

My friend had gotten her son's footprint tattooed onto her by Rick at White Lotus and he did an amazing job. Footprints can be totally botched so after I saw her tattoo, I was confident I wanted to get my tattoo here.
This was my first tattoo. I decided to get my daughter's birth date in Roman numerals on my wrist. To say I was nervous was an understatement. Rick did the same tattoo on another friend and hers was amazing. When it was my turn, he was very nice and calming. He talked me through the entire thing and helped me relax. It definitely hurt but I was able to get through it and my tattoo looks amazing.

This was an awesome experience. Went to get pierced with two other friends - everyone there was fun, easy going, and really customer-oriented. Mason did a fantastic job and was really informative - he obviously puts a lot of pride into what he does. Highly recommend.

Shane pierced my nose a few days ago. He was very professional and nice. Answered all my questions very thoroughly. It was a great experience! I did lots of research before deciding who to go to and I'm so glad I went them. Barely hurt and was really quick. It was a very clean, professional, relaxed environment.
